We offer complete project management with both strategic and tactical support. We partner with you to build and position your brand, helping you reach potential customers during their “I want to know” and “I want to go” moments.
Creative services need to scale for your needs and not ours. We understand that there are times you might just need an extra set of strategic or creative minds. Sometimes, you just need a fresh point of view. We are a casino marketer’s best friend. We are specialists in projects – remarkable creative, quick turnaround, and on budget.
Casino Marketing Boot Camp was a natural evolution of our desire to help casino marketers become key members of any operations team. We provide the kind of specific training needed in the field of casino marketing. Virtual or in-person, we keep groups small to provide as close to one-on-one focus as possible. Custom-tailored for your market demands, we want to help you create some of the most vital marketers around.
We believe marketing is the heart that beats energy throughout the organization. Developing this lifeblood requires that we think beyond the logo to each limb, nerve, and sense. Brands are more than colors and strokes of a pen that create a logo. We work with your team to understand your vision and understand your customers (or targets) to develop the tools – be it creative or team development - you need to bring your brand to life.
We know that there may come a time when even the most successful brand may need a jump start. It may need minor cosmetic surgery, a bit of physical therapy, or major surgery. We can help you rebuild and rejuvenate your brand to be the life of the party once again.
If you are ready to change your view of marketing and build an identity that resonates with consumers and build a team that produces a tangible ROI, we are prepared for the challenge. Let’s talk about YOU.
Kaleidoscope is a web-based and App solution designed to promote incremental revenue growth from known players and provide a platform to help casinos transition to 21st century digital marketing.
The player portal is customized to each casino brand and features a player facing channel where players receive real-time updates on their account, available offers, special event invitations, property branded social gaming and other personally relevant information.
Players are invited to fill out property customized interest and customer satisfaction surveys. They communicate directly with casino personnel with questions and concerns, provide direct feedback about issues that interest them and are encouraged to answer periodic poll questions; the result is a powerful database containing player attributes in and out of the casino, alongside their play value.
Each player has his or her own account. When they log-in they see the following in real time:
Their current offers
Their current status tier level and a progression graphic showing how far they are from the next level
Any special invitations or event notices specially for them and an automated RSVP channel to respond to invitations
Direct live channels to communicate with casino personnel.
A channel to express concerns or provide compliments
A direct channel to their assigned Host with a picture of their Host (where applicable)
National news feeds, local weather and other plug and play features
Kaleidoscope is integrated with the property player tracking system. Once offers are loaded in the system, Kaleidoscope automatically notifies players of their offers and invitations through the player’s choice of email, app push notification or text message. Kaleidoscope also features an “offer expiration notification” which automatically notifies players they have offers that will soon expire. The App effectively replaces traditional mail for those players indicating that they prefer electronic communications.
Kaleidoscope is the most advanced portal on the market and the only known system that captures not only gaming consumption data on each unique player, but also their self-reported interests, likes, dislikes and other personal attributes. Kaleidoscope is not only the most robust of products marketed as player portals but was the first to be deployed. It has been installed at Sycuan Casino for 11 years.
Kaleidoscope is deployed as both a desktop/mobile responsive site and as an app, allowing players to choose how they access their account.
The website is configured for optimal display on desktops, tablets and mobile devices.
The app will be built out specifically for your casino and will be made available for download at the Google Play Store (Native Android version) and on Apple’s App store (Native IOS Version).
Using Kaleidoscope’s intuitive analytics dashboard, casino marketing will be able to drive marketing, advertising, media, management and operational decisions and to ensure your products and services are meeting your guests’ expectations.
Player interface information, dashboard metrics, polls and surveys are customized under guidance from the property. The polls and surveys can be easily created and updated using our drag and drop content management tool.
Kaleidoscope’s encrypted connection communicates directly with the casino’s player tracking system and generates easy to use, permissions-based reporting for designated property staff to run immediate reports. These reports are easily filtered by play history and player demographics allowing your team to make operating decisions based on the responses from your most valuable players.
The database can be searched by key common interests and filtered by patron value, D.M. tiers, aspirational tiers and a host of other metrics, making it not only a valuable player development tool, but also a way to source groups with similar interests and reach out to these subsets of players for very specific tournaments, event invitations, etc. The cost to mail to these smaller groups through conventional mail is often prohibitive.
